Humber 8cwt. Radio Truck
Ref: 084
GBP: 12.95
The British built 8cwt. trucks in considerable numbers from just before the Second World War. Produced by Ford, Morris or the Rootes Group, all had either wireless or general service bodywork.
The wireless version had seating in the rear for two men and carried a No.11 Radio Set. Originally intended for tanks, this set was introduced in 1938 and was the mainstay of ground communications for the British Army during the early part of the war.
